What is our mission?
The mission of the Medical Office Management Servies (M.O.M.S.) is to provide
our clients with the finest medical billing services available in the San
Francisco Bay Area.
What is our motivation?
We endeavor to provide all of our present and future clients with consistently
higher collection ratios, improved payment cash flows and better managed
accounts receivable.
We strive to obtain the full patient care reimbursement to which they are
legally and ethically entitled. We do this at all times with the highest
levels of integrity and compliance with both the letter and spirit of all
applicable regulations and guidelines. Our mission is accomplished through
our collective expertise in:
Accurate and prompt submission of reimbursement claims to third-party payers
including Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, insurance companies, worker's
compensation, and over 700 other managed care plans. Whenever possible all
claims are transmitted electronically.
Complete and accurate preparation of all claims with respect to patient
information and third party payer so as to eliminate claims rejections for
incomplete or incorrect information.
Meticulous and persistent follow-through on all deliquency, rejected or
downwardly adjusted payments.
